Hello! My name is Julia Williams, and I am a dedicated nutritional counsellor passionate about helping individuals achieve their health goals through nutrition and lifestyle medicine.

I offer one-to-one online consultations tailored to each individual’s unique needs, ensuring personalised support on your journey to better health. With a Master of Science (MSc) in Personalised Nutrition, I bring both academic expertise and practical experience to my practice.

I am a full member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), which ensures that I uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and practice.

There’s so much advice out there—it’s hard to know what’s right for you. I bring years of study and clinical experience into my work, including a published research paper in Clinical Immunology Communications on how bacteria in your gut might be influencing your immune system and tipping the balance between immune cells that protect you and those that can trigger chronic inflammation. But I don’t expect you to wade through the research.

I’ll be there to listen, guide, and support you, step by step—with advice that’s evidence-based and centered around you.
